Moroccan Berber silver and coral adornment

I do not know its actual provenance. I have seen some similar pieces described as from Foum Zguid and used by the Tata, Akka. They can either hang from fibulas or used as temple ornaments.

  • Can the box be opened? I have a pair of fubula with those boxes and mine are used to store little thing or some perfumed pieces of cloth. 

    I will post them this evening.

  • This one has not back cover, Harald. Actually it very much look like it has never had and it was meant like that from the time it was made.
