lg enameled ring

I think this is either Turkish and or Ottoman, having the eyes and color and moon shapes. I turned it into a ring. Had no idea what kind of ornament this was before. it is about 2 1/2 inches wide.

I have seen the enamel with dots on Russian enamel too, though this certainly does not look typically Russian.

Anything is possible when one doesn't know.. i see these as being Ottoman and maybe Bulgarian or something else, but enameling of this color is not really Turkish but when i saw the dots it looked so much like those eyes that I thought it must be? maybe not.. it is still out for debate, would love to find out.
