this is really unusual, some of the deco looks even Touareg, but the crescent and star is arabic (you say it is the Polisario flag), never seen this combination before.

Ait Ouakli, I find it also interesting, Polisario is between Algeria and Marocco, or south of Morocco ? if I am not sure, so I can imagine that they make this kind of jewellery there. I only said, it is not used in Mali. It is a very nice bracelet with a political emblem.

Eva, The Polisario is a movement of Saharaoui peoples who want independence from Morocco. This is the long-lasting UN intervention in Western Sahara. It was under Spanish control at one point, but the Green March to rid the Sahara of Spanish colonialism led to the top two thirds being "returned" to Morocco and the bottom third going to Mauritania. Mauritania handed over control of their third back to Morocco. The Polisario desire for Western Sahara to be a nation independent from Morocco. They have a famous refugee camp in Tindouf, Algeria.

@Thank you for the info, I thought it was independent now and called "Sahara", but I am not on the newest stand.So it is still part of Morocco, if I understand correct.
