  • Tunisian in my opinion. The birds should be doves, symbolizing love.
  • Thanks Carla, so a love bracelet?
  • If I'm not mistaken, doves and fish are very common motifs in Tunisian jewelry. The ancient meaning was love and numerous offspring respectively.
  • The form resembles a Tunisian bracelet I have. The form is common to bracelets from Tunisia, Libya and Egypt.
  • I have a couple of Tunisian crescent fibula, one with fish and one with bird motif. I have also seen, however, lots of fish and bird motif jewelry in Moroccan jewelry.
