    I think that these were added by former wearer in an ethnic local context following a new fashion

    very likely Ayis, I agree. clearly work of a different silversmith  a coral cabachon is in keeping with the date of making. the glass ones likely added post 1960 when these glass pieces hit Morocco with full fashion swoop! this European fascetted glass is seen widely in later pieces.
