Ethiopiathe spiral is made of Aluminium and well used, the other one (looking like a clothes hanger) is made of copper-nickel. Both are earrings by the Hamar People of the Southern Ethnies in Ethiopia. It is a little difficult to imagine that they go through holes in the earlobes, especially the "clothes-hanger-type"-one, but I have seen a photo someone wearing this one too. I only cannot find it at the moment.
