I would vote for an anklet. The etching seems not to showcase enough caracteristics to pin down exactely an origin, but yours look like many anklets found on the saharan slopes of the Atlas mountains of both Algeria and tunisia
Thank you for your comment Alaa eddine Sagid. Tunesian or Algerian was what i thought about too, or maybe Nubian..but it seems too big for an anklet i think..
