There are a few of these filigree pieces listed on ebay. Just wanted to share what I think is very lovely -- too expensive for my blood, but beautiful all the same. They are listed as belt buckles from Sarajevo, don't know if that is true or not, if somebody knows more about them, please inform us.

I believe they are Bosnian. There are museum collections from Bosnia online which show similar jewels, for example: http://islamicartsmagazine.com/magazine/view/the_ethnology_collection/ The buckle is called "pafta."
I bought two pieces from this seller, a pendant and a tepelik, and they are wonderful. They have not been cleaned in many many years, when I finish cleaning I will post them.
