the rams head can be either the Marrakech or the Fes assay mark, generally there is a microscopic! m or f next to the ram....so tiny it is easy to miss. I usually use a loupe, and moisten the area to improve the image .

You may be able to make out a tiny M next to teh rams head within the square.
