Silver and coral always make for a great combination - these are wonderful, Preethi! The various elements being well-worn makes them even more attractive. Would a traditional arrangement look much different?
Betty, I'm unaware of traditional silver necklaces that were similar to these. Doesn't mean they didn't exist though.
A typical south Indian coral bead necklace would be long, have tiny coral beads, basra pearls with either gold beads or gold wire twisted to form tiny loops. Such a necklace is usually worn long.
