Yes, this is a very nice, old and fine Jewish necklace. It is of medium size, hence, it could potentially be worn in today's world, without having the feeling of wearing a cow bell.... I have one, pictured below, which is very similar, without corals though but very special as well, as it features on the center amulet the Star of David. With kind regards. Peter
