  Magnificent piece Ingrid. This crescent has a lot of small items on it which must have taken along time to complete. Being an original piece with high quality silver adds to its value... Congratulations for this nice piece Ingrid.

  Once again Thank you Mustafa.  It is a beauty in its kind really and I love silver it is at least material worthy of this kind of work, but out of shortage of silver material they have made many in nickel covered in a silver bath.  Which really hurts me, considering how much work it has taken them.

  You know Mustafa, most of the old silversmith were poor, because of the many hours of work they put into it and they way it was sold per. gr.  so little even in gold the same work about 3 x more per gr. which still was far underpaid.  Only the clever inventive ones with initiative were better off, because they hired in silversmiths so they could produce in larger quantities, this in capital cities only . ON top of it many of them got problems with their longs, because of  the fumes , they seldom wore the mouth cap. Instead of drinking milk they drank quite a bit of home brew beer, which created another problem. But thanks to their skilled work and love for their work we now have these beautiful items.

  For me it is and absolute  CHAPEAU  to them.
