Dear Peter, this is an extraordinary buckle. I love the fine cut-out work and the contrast of the blazing carnelians surrounded by gilding, and the little blue stones. Very rare to see. Congratulations!!
I've only just seen this ... As Lynn says, it is an extraordinary buckle, and I too like it very much, and in just the same way as she does.
