Aloha, I'm so glad I found this forum! I recently purchased some jewelry at an estate sale. I purchased them because they seemed old and much different than any jewelry I've come across. After many hours of research I found this site and a similar necklace. I think mine may be a Moroccan wedding necklace.. The other necklace I posted a picture of tested as at least 14kt gold. Maybe that one isn't so old.
Along with that necklace I purchased dozens of large silver beads and many other pieces. I'd like to determine where they came from and how old they may be. If anyone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it. I live on a small island (Maui) and the jewelry shops have no idea on the origin of the jewelry. Thank you! Meg
