Enjoyed this video,filegrain work is as one can see on this video compleet handwork,skill,patience and a trained eye.  Saw a lovely pendant being created. Thank you for sharing this Sarah. I have observed this also in Ethiopia.  Already the Trusken from Italie were famous for this work and I wonder if they were also the ones passing this skill on.

Interesting info about the 'Zeeuwse knop'. This is a piece of jewelry ( een streeksieraad), but known not only in the province of Zeeland. Throughout the Netherlands was there at every family
a 'Zeeuwse knop' in the form of a ring and brooche etc....Meanwhile this jewellery is old fashioned! On Pinterest Zeeuwse knop you can see different types and how they were worn.
