  i get this one online,i would like to know is it a old piece from 40s?i have no idea about idian jewelry,thax so much for your help.

Yes, It could be from the 1940's, could be a bit newer, though definitely vintage.  It can be hard to tell, but easier with aritist mark/ signature which can usually be dated more accurately.  Most likely Navajo, but could be Zuni or Hopi.  The bottom pendant is a sandcast "naja" pendant. Probably from Arizona or New Mexico, but "Four Corners" region.
