Ancient Pyu Bead with gold repair-59mm long

I'm adding a couple more Pyu Culture items so people can get a sense of the wide variety of beads that came out of that Era in Burma. The Pyu were some of the most extraordinary bead makers of ancient times.  Can you imagine someone drilling this long delicate bead without the tools that we have now.  At some point the bead was broken, and I did a simple gold repair.  Liz

Anybody a Pre-Columbian Amber expert out there?

I bought a lot of 11 pre-columbian necklaces, and in it were these amber beads. There was another kind of bead in another necklace that were not pre-columbian, and I have not seen much references or beads that were authentic pre-columbian amber. Anyone know where these beads are from. I have seen new amber from Colombia that were this same color of amber......but all of the necklaces in the lot were supposedly from North Peru Coast, specificly Moche & Chimu. Can anyone identify these…
