Thanks Ingrid - they are my favourites too! One of the beads on the 2nd row has decorated sides. They are beautifully worn too. They arrived in the post today so I have not had a chance to research them yet. the seller mentioned that they were given to his mother 55 years ago in Ethiopia, and that she wore them strung together.
