Tajik necklace with coins

This appears to be a beautiful variant on the Tajik necklace with coral, silver, and glass bead stations, this one with coins. The coins are Persian/Iranian from the late 1800s and early 1900s, and the focal coin is set with a carnelian cab. Each station has filigree and granulated silver beads and black glass beads, and in between them are strung 4 strands of beautiful orange turquoise.Dimensions:200 grams40 cm long, hanging

Beautiful necklace , variant and very attractive. Surely a rare piece with old coins and well crafted silver and assorted corals and beads very very nice Ingrid..Congratulations for this addition

Lynn, this is one of the best examples of this sort of necklace I have seen. I love the two little bells above the main pendant and the use of the old coins.
