Russian, Moroccan and Mauritanian and ? Necklace.

I strung this from Russian amber, Two rare carved Mauritanian phenolic resin, Three W.W.2 Moroccan sourced coin silver beads and what seem to be 925 silver granulation beads.Does anyone have any ideas as to where the latter might be from? I sourced them in the USA.

I've been wondering, how can you tell the difference between Russian amber and amber from other regions? I've been searching this site for information on amber identification, but haven't found anything yet. is Russian amber more yellow in color? This is a very beautiful necklace. Great job.
