This is a real old and first and foremost complete piece. It is signed by the maker. I am posting a photo of the signature separately.

Wow, the coral contrast with silver is stunning.

I have never seen these necklaces with coral before, they might be quite old and from a very rich background!!

Love the little hand as well, another first sight on any yemen piece.
