Mysterious necklace

Can anyone ID this piece ? Many aspects made me think of a Balkan or Greek origin...Lynn kindly suggested a Kurdish attribution. Any insight. With many thanx.

    2506033225?profile=RESIZE_1024x1024Dear Alaa; When I saw the photo of this beautiful necklace, a Palestinian men's watch chain came to my mind as well immediately. The connections between the individual pieces reminds me of Bulgarian necklaces, which are constructed in this way. Then again, I did not see much fish necklaces circulating in this region. The fish pendants and round dangles reminded me of my Afghani necklace, a photo of which I herewith attach. I believe that it is Ottoman with some exterior influences... a fabulous piece! Congratulations. Peter
