  • Dear Kmena, this is very nice. Are you sure it is not harmful? (I heard only the natural red Henna is ok, the black one contains some harmful parts). Don't want to nerve you. But take care. It does look very nice though!
  • Hi Kmena, this is indeed black 'henna' or more accurately ppd based hair dye.

It is dangeroust to use, but it has risen in popularity in recent times as it gives an instant and very dark stain...use of it can be fatal in some cases.

  • Hello eva.and all of you, iwill not be nervous.here ther is many ways used with hena to become so dark naturaly.we use natural lemon juice and poiled .concentrater red tea .they mixed with smooth hena.then fermmentate to 3-4 houres befor use,2-3 dayes later hena become so dark.usually this way do not cuse skin problemes.no irritition.no sensitivity to skin.

some chimical materials used.then they cause chronic skin diseases.we avoid it as possiple we can .used by engraving hena women in usual.

in our wedding not allowed to mix pride hena with any forgien material.usually mixed with water only.

    Thanks my dears

  • @hello Kmena, sorry for our fears, thank you for the explanation of the black henna, how it is made. I was just afraid that it would be harmful, because I have read this. I remember now you told us that you are a doctor and you know that it is not harmful.
