  • It looks so solid and well designed. Beautiful. Where does it come from?

  • Thank you Thelma. It is most likely from Mauritania or Southern Morocco. It looks and is solid, but actually much more smaller and more graceful than it seems on this picture. All the knobs are separately made and then attached to the ring, very much like the knobbly Mizam bracelets from the same region.

  • Thanks for the feature!

  • What is it Betty, Beautiful, looks also very heavy. Tell us very curious. Gr. Ingrid

  • A beautiful ring, gracefully photographed.  It's lovely!

  • Thank you Ingrid and Lynn.

The ring looks quite heavy, Ingrid, but it is actually smallish and light weight (very comfy to wear!). I attach a pic:

  • ver nice Betty,  I also like this style (Saharan from Mauritania, West Sahara, Northern Mali). I am wearing one like this every day, perhaps not as nice as yours, but I love it.
