Can anyone read this ? I wouldn't mind knowing what it says. I wear it very often. I think obviously it something in God's name?
As usual on islamic countries talismans, here we can find inscribed "the throne verse", a holy quran verse knwon as one of the most powerful inscription against evil powers
Wikipedia " It is the most famous verse of the Qur'an and is widely memorized and displayed in the Islamic world due to its emphatic description of God's power over the entire universe."
Translated as follows:
In the Name of Allâh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Allah! There is no god but He – the Living, The Self-subsisting, The Eternal.No slumber can seize Him Nor Sleep. His are all things In the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede In His presence except As he permitteth?He knoweth What lies Before them (His Creation) and After them Nor shall they compass Aught of his knowledge Except as He willeth His throne doth extend Over the heavens And the Earthand He feeleth No fatigue in guarding And preserving them, For He is the Most High. The Supreme (in glory).
You find this verse on rings, pendants, bazu bands....

Thank you Ayis. I can now compare the inscriptions on the many etched carnelians and amulets that I have or have had in my collection. I learn so much from this forum. Faster than reading books ;)
