i will for sure but i m sure that under this name , there isn´t

i know that sandal is a form that touareg like and we find it in many items they make

Re. the design of the Prophet'sandal I'll have to keep scrutinizing ebay until I find another one........Next time you are in the Sahara ask your silver smiths friends, one is bound to know.........

it is new, arround 3 -4 years. the kind of fibula is old.the style is tamanrasset, the round in the bottom, you can see it on the photo i have as logo ( you have your cat )

the acacia wood is also new they have it since about 20 years.

your question about flower and different metal

 i have no idea about kitab with prophet´s sandal

Very nice but looks very new....Is that a new design? LIke Eva Had never heard of fibulae with acacia wood............I like the bottom bit with a flower like accretion and slightly different metal colour................Any meaning?

it is hoggar region only. i never seen it in another touareg regions. it started actualy in Djanet. the touareg kingdom capital. djanet is also an oase city not far from other oase regions and the south side of the aures.from there came the fibula influence and went until tamanrasset

oh, this is gorgeous! never seent this before, I think in Mali they do not wear it. But it is gorgeous, love it.
