These have a 14 cm diameter , this is all i know of.

Belt buckles? Head ornaments ? Ottoman? Caucasus?... Too many questions

Hi, Ayis. Here you are another suggestion. They may be head-discs for sewing on to the feezes of Druze boys or head-discs for Kurdish women. There are some examples of these at pages 80, 81, 85 and 86 of Johannes Kalter's The Arts and Crafts of Syria (Thames and Hudson, 1992). Some of them look quite similar to your pieces.

I would say these are the tops to hats, Ottoman or Caucasian.
