Vintage silver hinged African Berber bracelet with green stones. This sort of bracelet comes in a number of forms (but all more or less the same), which are usually classified, as coming from North Africa or the Middle East, Jordan, Oman, Yemen. However, in this one we see a style of decoration that is also sometimes found in Indian jewellery. The silver is not of a very high alloy, the green jade has not been tested professionally, so it remains a lovely ‘green stone’. The bracelet has however been cleaned by a professional goldsmith and is in excellent condition. The closing pin is original. Please add your knowledge or comments on this specific bracelet. I would be grateful to each and everyone.

Dear Mustafa, thank you for replying at length. I will be posting Libyan silver later on and I would express my hope your expertise could be of help there. Thank you.
Dear Taco; thank you for your comment. My interest is mainly Libyan silver. I am almost sure that this piece is not Libyan, not the style nor the decoration. I hope that someone with knowledge about it will comment. For your information most of the old Libyan silver is hall-marked, which is not the case here either. Wishing you best.
Dear Mustafa, I am not sure if it is recent. I am trying to gain knowledge on this bracelet. I posted multiple photos for examining. Thank you for your comments.
Beautiful bracelet. Though you say it is recent but the style and beauty is outstanding. The crafting is professional and all together looks beautiful. Thanks for posting this nice item
