I agree with you in theory about the matter of age, but if pieces are this good I think they deserve recognition in their own right.

I think they are very nice for the time period. I usually like older than this but for the time period and design they are very good.

Lovely, Linda (just about the first item I have seen on "ethnic jewels" since returning from travel!). I agree with you on the likely date, too. Super quality, in any case, and showing exquisite taste. Highly desirable.

These are probably less traditional. Made later not new but mid century to 60's. . that's my feeling from the work and how they look,
