From left to right:a) An antique Conus shell, carved to create a Guedra dancers hair ornament. From Mauritania circa 1900.b) An early Venetian cobalt glass feather design lampwork bead. Circa 1800.c) A vintage large Tuareg Hex bead from the Sahara. Circa 1960.d) A fine quality 5 layer Chevron bead ground from antique Venetian Cane by Glass artist Rick Rice. AGE: cane 1930's. ORIGIN: cane from Venice.e) A Venetian Aspeo chevron bead, circa 1880, and two small Tuareg hex beads circa 1980.f) A handcut Lapis bead. AGE: antique.
