An appreciation of ethnic jewellery and adornment

Hi,
Can anybody help me identify the origin of this coat?
I got it from somebody,who was collecting african jewelry.
Some parts of it remind me of Haussa cloth,but I
have never seen this kind of patterns.It is such a beautiful piece.
