Filigree Ottoman Turkish Silver Belt. Any Additional Information ?

Hi there.  I'm new to this site so I hope doing this correctly.  I have this belt that i'm trying to figure out.  From the stamp it appears to bear the Ottoman hallmark with a filigree pattern.
